I have been renting with Babcock for 3-4 years now. Very professional staff and extremely understanding. Every problem I have had with the rental unit was addressed the same day and repairs were set up by the next day at the latest. They give you notices for events that may effect your unit or building days ahead (construction near building, fire alarm inspections, water being shut off due to construction etc). I do not plan on renting with another company in Peterborough, they are the best!
